All Star Comics #8 (DC, 1942) CGC VG- 3.5 Cream to off-white pages. One of the most important comic books to come out of the Golden Age, this pivotal issue features the origin and first appearance of Wonder Woman, as well as the first appearance of Paradise Island (aka Themyscira). Also of note in this issue: Doctor Fate dons a new helmet, Hop Harrigan text stories and Starman features begin, Starman and Dr. Mid-Nite join the Justice Society of America, and the original Green Lantern (Alan Scott) is made an honorary member.
