In this issue, Johnny Thunder joins the Justice Society of America. E. E. Hibbard is credited with the cover art. By the way: CGC mentions that the Flash became an honorary member in this issue -- for the most part characters became honorary members when they got their own books, and the speedster had just gotten his own, namely All-Flash.
