All Star Comics #19 Rockford pedigree (DC, 1943) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. The black background of this cover meant that relatively few would make it to the 21st century in high grade! To date, CGC has awarded grades higher than FN+ 6.5 on just three occasions, with this lovely tying for top honors. Simon and Kirby, Sheldon Moldoff, and Bernard Baily provided the story art. Overstreet 2011 NM- 9.2 value = $3,300.
