All Star Comics #17 (DC, 1943) CGC VF- 7.5 Off-white pages. It's the second appearance of Brain Wave, the reports of whose death (in issue #15) were slightly exaggerated. And he's shrunk the Justice Society down to a height of eight inches, which explains the scene on Joe Gallagher's cover. The interior artists include Simon and Kirby, who drew the Sandman chapter.
