The Flash, Hawkman, the Spectre, the Sandman, Hourman, and Ultra-Man all have stories in this inaugural issue of the title. The cover is a collaborative work by Creig Flessel (The Sandman); Harry Lampert (The Flash); Jon L. Blummer (Ultra-Man); and Bernard Baily (The Spectre).
