Description
All-New Comics #15 (Harvey Publications, 1947) Condition: FN. An incredibly hard to find comic, of which we've only ever seen 2 copies. Overstreet list this issue as "rare" and Gerber gives it their second highest scarcity rating, a "10" or "unique." This issue was distributed to mail subscribers only due to an overabundance of comic titles in distribution at the time. Harvey went as far as to call this event an emergency noting directly on the cover, "For the present emergency, newsstand sales will be temporarily discontinued and subscribers alone will receive copies of these issues." Black Cat and Joe Palooka appear in this issue, and while the Boy heroes feature on the cover of this issue, they are nowhere to be seen within its pages.
