All-Flash #2 Mile High pedigree (DC, 1941) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white pages. A fantastic yellow-background cover by E. E. Hibbard is one of the highlights of this book, which also includes a recap of the origin of the Flash, as well as the origin and first appearance of the Threat and a full-page ad for Green Lantern #1. This is the highest-graded copy certified by CGC to date. Overstreet 2013 NM- 9.2 value = $4,200. CGC census 5/14: 1 in 9.6, none higher.
