The Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books rates this issue a "7" ("scarce") in its Scarcity Index. We have seen a few books with this distinctive anchor stamp over the years -- always early Golden Age DCs if memory serves -- and can only wonder about the identity of M.P. whose initials are seen here.
