Description

Action Comics #77 (DC, 1944) CGC VF 8.0 White pages. Wayne Boring's version of the Man of Steel was probably the most "pumped up" of all, but on this cover Superman's buff even by Boring's standards. Maybe the hero is just flushed with rage; in the issue, the Man of Steel has to take a break from preventing murders and holding up girders to deal with the Prankster and his practical jokes. Note the superb page quality of this VF book. Overstreet 2004 VF 8.0 value = $488.
