    Action Comics #70 Mile High pedigree (DC, 1944) CGC NM/MT 9.8 Off-white to white pages. Are you insane? No, but this book is! A 9.8 copy of a black-cover Action, from 1944! The Jack Burnley cover probably never even look this good on the news stand way back then! Edgar Church must have had an inside man working at the printing presses for DC. Mort Meskin (drawing the Vigilante) and Bernard Baily (drawing the Americommando) art. A simply mind-blowing copy! Overstreet 2013 NM- 9.2 value = $2,200. CGC census 11/13: 1 in 9.8, none higher.
