Action Comics #6 (DC, 1938) CGC VG 4.0 Off-white to white pages. Currently tied for the #43 book on Overstreet's Top 100 Golden Age Comics list, this comic features the first appearance of Jimmy Olsen (dubbed simply "office boy" in a debut that failed to anticipate the lad's impending cultural impact). The great gorilla cover is by Leo E. O'Mealia; story art came courtesy of Joe Shuster, Bernard Baily, and Fred Guardineer. Overstreet 2020 VG 4.0 value = $7,800.
