Action Comics #46 (DC, 1942) CGC VF/NM 9.0 White pages. Love the white pages! The grade's pretty nice, too; it's the highest graded copy that we've ever offered, topping a 7.5 copy that we sold back in 2011. There's a Hitler appearance, and interior art by Fred Ray, Bernard Baily, and Mort Meskin. The cover's by Ray. Overstreet 2012 VF/NM 9.0 value = $2,473; NM- 9.2 value = $3,500.
