Action Comics #22 (DC, 1940) Condition: GD. Joe Shuster cover and art. Bernard Baily, Sheldon Moldoff, and Fred Guardineer art. There are approximately ten razor blade cuts to the front cover as if someone were using it as a cutting board. The back cover has a dime-sized piece missing and two 3" tears.
