Contact Comics #12 Mile High pedigree (Aviation Press, 1946) CGC VF/NM 9.0 White pages. L. B. Cole was the master of cover design, and this mesmerizing effort has been popular with collectors ever since it was featured on the cover of Gerber's Photo-Journal. And guess what -- this is the copy that Gerber photographed for his book! If you've seen a few mid-grade copies with "dings" on the black cover as we have, it's quite an experience to see one in high grade and get the full effect of Cole's artistry.
