Forbidden Love #2 (Quality, 1950) CGC VF+ 8.5 Light tan to off-white pages. The photo cover of this Gerber "7" book is saucy enough to evoke a wolf-whistle, as is the condition! Considered "scarce" by Overstreet, they also call the cover image a "classic," and who could argue with that? In general it's tough to find any romance book from that era in VF+, and that goes double for a black-cover issue. Overstreet 2013 VF 8.0 value = $438; VF/NM 9.0 value = $749.
