The unusual case of a Gaines File copy of a non-EC comic comes about because this was also an M.C. Gaines production, in fact the DC versions came before the EC ones. A beautiful copy as the grade might indicate! Note that while CGC has certified this as a Gaines File copy, no certificate accompanies this lot. Overstreet 2008 NM- 9.2 value = $290.
