Real Life Comics #40 Double Cover - Mile High Pedigree (Nedor Publications, 1947) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. This rare stunner features an Alex Schomburg cover -- times two! It's the only copy certified by CGC to date. It's also the nicer of the two copies we've seen, and the first one we've seen in almost 12 years. CGC notes, "Double cover: first cover 9.4; interior cover 9.6." Overstreet 2018 NM- 9.2 value = $220. CGC census 9/18: 1 in 9.6, none higher.CGC Grader Notes:
