Jumbo Comics #4 (Fiction House, 1938) Condition: FR. Overstreet lists as "scarce" and and Gerber rates it an "8". Features art by Will Eisner (origin of the Hawk), Lou Fine ("Wilton of the West," "Diary of Dr. Hayward" and "Count of Monte Cristo" - his first comic book work), Dick Briefer ("Hunchback of Notre Dame"), Bob Kane ("Peter Pupp" and "Jest Laughs"), and more. One of only three copies we've encountered to date. A large coupon has been clipped, taking half of one page with it. Spine splits sealed with tape. Overstreet 2015 GD 2.0 value = $800.
