Fight Comics #1 Rockford pedigree (Fiction House, 1940) CGC FN+ 6.5 Cream to off-white pages. Will Eisner's hand is all over this first issue of one of Fiction House's signature titles. Eisner created the cover, provided interior art, and even scripted a story. Two other Golden Age notables, George Tuska and Klaus Nordling, also did interior artwork for the issue, which featured the origin of Spy Fighter. CGC notes, "Very small amount of dried glue on spine of cover." Overstreet 2012 FN 6.0 value = $1,062; VF 8.0 value = $2,478. CGC census 11/12: 4 in 6.5, 5 higher.
