This issue features the conclusion of the Human Torch vs. Sub-Mariner battle, the first superhero crossover battle in comic history. Terry Vance begins a run in the issue that has a Nazi U-boat cover by the inimitable Alex Schomburg. Stories and art are by Carl Burgos, Bill Everett, and Paul Gustavson, with additional interior art by Bob Oksner. Overstreet 2017 VG 4.0 value = $2,600; FN 6.0 value = $3,900. CGC census 8/17: 2 in 5.0, 24 higher.
