Pep Comics #35 (MLJ, 1943) CGC VF- 7.5 Off-white to white pages. Only one other copy has received a higher grade from CGC to date. The Shield, Dusty, and the Hangman appear on this bondage cover by Harry Sahle. Story art is by Irv Novick and Bob Montana. Overstreet 2019 VF 8.0 value = $2,198.
