This is only the second copy of this early Archie appearance that we have ever seen! Liberty Bell and "Remember Pearl Harbor" cover. Irv Novick cover and art. CGC has expanded its restoration scale to help collectors understand what was done to their book. Among newly added terminology, a letter grade of 'A', 'B', or 'C' is assigned to indicate the quality of the materials used in restoration coupled with the visual quality of the work done. 'A' denotes Excellent, 'B' is Fine, and 'C' is Poor. A quantitative numerical scale of 1-5 is assigned to indicate the extent of the restoration: Slight (1), Slight/Moderate, Moderate, Moderate/Extensive, and Extensive (5), respectively.
