Pep Comics #14 Mile High Pedigree (MLJ, 1941) CGC NM 9.4 White pages. A top-of-the-census copy from Edgar Church's Mile High collection, with only one other copy of #14 (a VF 8.0 copy) having a grade above FN/VF 7.0. Irv Novick drew the creepy Shield and Dusty bondage, torture cover. Novick, Mort Meskin, Paul Reinman, and Charles Biro interior art. Overstreet 2021 NM- 9.2 value = $2,800.
