Basil Wolverton's cover reminds us of his cover for MAD #11, which is appropriate because Panic unabashedly billed itself as the "only authorized imitation of MAD!" Absolutely gorgeous copy of the issue that has high-profile contributions from Al Feldstein, Wally Wood, Jack Davis, Bill Elder, and Joe Orlando.
