Description
Panic #3 Gaines File pedigree 4/12 (EC, 1954) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. Copies of the companion EC satire comic book to Mad are harder to find; yet the values for this title are ridiculously low. This might be the right time to try a bid on a Gaines File copy! This issue featured a Senate subcommittee parody; Jack Davis draws Gaines, Feldstein, and Kelly; and Old King Cole smokes pot!
