Panic #10 Gaines File pedigree (EC, 1955) CGC NM+ 9.6 White pages. This issue is addressed to "Satire Lovers Everywhere" -- and make sure you take delivery of it, because there's funny stuff indeed inside these covers: "Captain Izzy and Washt Upps" by Bill Elder; "A Star is Corn" (lampooning the overblown Judy Garland film, "A Star is Born") by Jack Davis; "Punch Lines" by Elder; and "Foreign Movies," again by Davis. This is the highest CGC-graded copy of issue #10 to date. While CGC certifies this as a Gaines File copy, no certificate accompanies this lot. Overstreet 2004 NM- 9.2 value = $135.CGC Grader Notes:
