This is one of only two NM+ copies we've offered to date, and it outscores several other Gaines and Kurtzman file copies on the CGC census. First appearance of Alfred E. Neuman (in a fake ad on the front cover). Bill Elder (Popeye parody), Jack Davis, and Wally Wood art. Hitler, Stalin, Marilyn Monroe, Jerry Lewis, and Dean Martin appear on the cover.
