Stories from Tales from the Crypt and Vault of Horror redrawn to the 3-D format by Jack Davis, Will Elder, Johnny Craig, and Joe Orlando. The only issue of the title. Skull cover by Al Feldstein. Overstreet lists the issue as "rare in high grade". Cover held on by bottom staple; 3-D glasses not included.
