This last issue of the title had low distribution according to Overstreet, and the contents were originally produced for a planned fourth horror title called Crypt of Terror, which was never released. Jack Davis werewolf cover and art. George Evans, Joe Orlando, and Graham Ingels art. Has tape pull on the bottom edge of front cover.
