Startling Terror Tales #13 (Star Publications, 1952) CGC VF/NM 9.0 Off-white to white pages. A classic skull cover by L. B. Cole is a highlight of this pre-Code horror comic. The story art is also by Jay Disbrow. Only one copy of issue #13 has ever been granted a higher grade by CGC. Overstreet 2024 VF/NM 9.0 value = $810; NM- 9.2 value = $1,150.
