Haunt of Fear #11 Gaines File pedigree (EC, 1952) CGC NM- 9.2 Off-white to white pages. This issue is renowned for its Graham Ingels cover, the macabre master's very first on the title most associated with classic "Ghastly" covers. A Jack Kamen biography, and interior art from Ingels, Kamen, and Jack Davis add luster to this EC horror gem. The Gaines File copies, of course, have provided the finest copies of most EC issues. CGC verifies this as a Gaines File copy, but no certificate accompanies the lot. Overstreet 2005 NM- 9.2 value = $490.
