Amazing Ghost Stories #14 (St. John, 1954) CGC VG 4.0 Light tan to off-white pages. There's no doubt that the classic monster film, The Creature from the Black Lagoon (released the same year as this comic), had an influence on the cover image by the great Matt Baker. The issue contains an Edgar Allen Poe "Pit and the Pendulum" adaptation by Everett Raymond Kinstler. Overstreet 2022 VG 4.0 value = $600. CGC census 10/22: 1 in 4.0, 16 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
