Adventures Into The Unknown #1 Diamond Run pedigree (ACG, 1948) CGC NM- 9.2 White pages. This may well be the most valuable copy of any ACG comic book! This issue started the first successful all-horror comic series, a title that ran for nearly 20 years, so any horror comic collector is bound to be after it, ACG fan or not. And can you imagine finding a better copy, given the jet-black cover? And as for the cover art, supercollector Michelle Nolan, who has seen and read more Golden Age books than just about anyone, called it one of the most evocative covers in the entire history of comics.
