Four Color #74 Marge's Little Lulu (Dell, 1945) CGC FN/VF 7.0 Cream to off-white pages. This little lady in red has been going strong for over half a century now, and her appeal just keeps on growing. Little Lulu got her start as a replacement for Carl Anderson's Henry in the Saturday Evening Post, but her real star turn began with this comic book, the very first in a long series of wonderfully written and drawn stories (by John Stanley and Irving Tripp) that are loved by young and old alike. This copy retains a lot of eye-appeal, with only minimal wear noticeable at the corners and edges. Very few copies of this book have been submitted to CGC for grading; currently, this solid example is topped by only one other, graded 9.0. Overstreet 2005 FN 6.0 value = $345; VF 8.0 value = $850. CGC census 6/05: 1 in 7.0, 1 higher.

View the certification for CGC Certification ID 0633139001 and purchase grader's notes if available.
