    Detective Comics #99 (DC, 1945) CBCS NM/MT 9.8 Off-white to white pages. This dizzying Dick Sprang cover features Batman and Robin, taking the Penguin for a quick spin. And to make thing even better, you get two covers here -- this issue has double covers, with CBCS noting, "1st cover 9.4, interior cover 9.8." Sprang did the art on the Penguin story, and George Roussos and Howard Sherman also contributed to the interior. Overstreet 2015 NM- 9.2 value = $2,500. CGC census 11/15: 1 in 9.8, none higher.
