Featuring Batman and Robin, this issue contains the first appearance of Two-Face (Harvey Dent), a character that would plague the Dark Knight Detective for decades. This was also an early appearance of the Boy Commandos (just their third). Jerry Robinson cover and art. Jack Kirby story and art. Bob Kane and Joe Simon art.
