Phantom Lady #14 The Promise Collection Pedigree (Fox Features Syndicate, 1947) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. This was the second issue of the title, and although it's one of the few that doesn't have a cover by Matt Baker, it still features memorable story art (and lingerie panels) by him. To give you an idea of how seldom Fox books are found in this condition: we have sold 3,400 Fox lots in our day and had seventeen 9.6s and four 9.8s in that time. Overstreet 2020 NM- 9.2 value = $5,200. CGC census 6/21: 1 in 9.6, none higher.CGC Grader Notes:
