Crime SuspenStories #9 Gaines File pedigree (EC, 1952) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. Johnny Craig drew both this issue's cover and the accompanying lead story, which tells how the corpse seen on the cover got into that trunk in the first place! EC aces Jack Davis, Jack Kamen, and Graham Ingels also contributed art to the issue. Note that while CGC has certified this comic as a Gaines File Copy, no certificate accompanies this lot.
