This third issue of the title contains the first appearance of Mr. Crime, hanging panels, and stories about "Legs" Diamond and Billy the Kid. The classic "head on fire" Mister Crime cover is by Charles Biro. Tied with just one other copy for CGC's highest grade. Overstreet 2021 NM- 9.2 value = $16,000.
