Circus the Comic Riot #1 (Globe Syndicate, 1938) CGC NM- 9.2 Cream to off-white pages. This scarce issue has Basil Wolverton art, and is the second comic book work of Jack Cole. It also has art by Bob Kane and Will Eisner. This is the highest graded copy in existence, according to the CGC census. Overstreet and Gerber agree, and both refer to it as scarce, with Gerber rating it a 7. This important book is rarely seen, and even rarer in this condition.
