Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #98 (Dell, 1948) CGC NM 9.4 Off-white pages. Walt Kelly draws a whimsical cover of Huey, Dewey, and Louie acting as innocent as they always do after having inflicted some minor prank upon their Uncle, Donald Duck. This spiffy issue also features adventures of Pluto the Dog, Mickey Mouse, Chip 'n' Dale, and the Li'l Bad Wolf. More importantly, this is a minor key issue as it features the first appearance of Uncle Scrooge in this title and it's even drawn by the Duckman, Carl Barks, himself. This fabulous copy is the highest CGC-graded copy to date. Overstreet 2003 NM 9.4 value = $320.
