All Star Comics #8 (DC, 1942) CGC FN+ 6.5 Cream to off-white pages. This Golden Age super-key is white hot! After climbing three spots last year on Overstreet's Top 100 Golden Age Comics list, it will likely move up a couple more spots on the updated list. From 2016 to 2017, its Overstreet value increased a whopping 49%! Auction results since then show the rate of value increase continuing. The big deal, of course, is this issue has the origin and first appearance of Wonder Woman, and there's no hotter superhero in comics or the movies. This copy has the appearance of a significantly higher grade, but a tiny corner piece had detached and been re-taped to "hold it" to a still impressive CGC FN+ 6.5. We haven't offered a copy this nice in over five years. Currently tied for #15 on Overstreet's list of Top 100 Golden Age Comics, we expect to see it at #13 when Overstreet's 48th edition comes out. CGC notes, "Small piece re-attached to cover with tape." Overstreet 2017 FN 6.0 value = $45,000; VF 8.0 value = $120,000.
