That alone makes this issue super special, and its rising popularity among collectors is reflected in its rising value -- in 2010 a FN- 5.5 copy sold for $6,100, and last year a copy in that same grade auctioned for $77,000! The issue is currently tied for the #10 position on Overstreet's list of Top 100 Golden Age Comics list. Other features of the issue include Starman and Dr. Mid-Nite joining the Justice Society of America, Green Lantern becoming an honorary member, and Shiera making an appearance. E. E.
