    Description

Adventures Into the Unknown #2 Diamond Run pedigree (ACG, 1949) CGC VF/NM 9.0 White pages. What a menacing-looking mountain on the colorful cover to this issue... we don't advise the young couple pictured to go any closer! You, however, may want to get in close to inspect this early American Comics Group gem, one of the first titles devoted to the supernatural. ACG comics are finally being heavily collected after years of indifference by the majority of fans. They really were a lot of fun, and early comics like this are not easy to find. Just check with CGC -- you'll find that, as of this writing, there are only two copies of issue #2 certified, with this prime pedigreed example being the better of the two. Overstreet 2003 VF/NM 9.0 value = $675; NM 9.4 value = $875.

View the certification for CGC Certification ID 0042881009 and purchase grader's notes if available.
