New Fun Comics #6 (DC, 1935) Condition: Apparent GD. This was named one of the 50 rarest Golden Age books by Overstreet for good reason! We haven't seen a copy in six years. This is just the sixth comic issue DC published, period (they hadn't yet added a second title), and it's notable for being the first installment of Siegel and Shuster's Dr. Occult, a strip that would eventually introduce the famous Superman prototype in More Fun #14. This copy has brittle page edges. Amateur restoration includes: color touch, pieces added, tear seals. Overstreet 2011 GD 2.0 value = $3,500.
