Stars featured include Basil Rathbone, Bela Lugosi, Boris Karloff, Cary Grant, Douglas Fairbanks Jr., John Barrymore, and Jackie Cooper. Art by Harry Lampert. Both Overstreet and the Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books list this issue as "scarce". CGC notes, "Christine Farrell Complete DC Collection."
