Congo Bill #3 (DC, 1954) CGC VF- 7.5 White pages. The last pre-Code issue of the title. Gerber's Photo-Journal Guide to Comics lists this issue as "scarce", and Overstreet notes: "Rarely found in fine to mint condition." Nick Cardy cover and art. Overstreet only lists values for issues of this series in grades up to VF 8.0. Overstreet 2021 VF 8.0 value = $800. CGC census 8/21: 2 in 7.5, 2 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
