Congo Bill #2 (DC, 1954) CGC FN- 5.5 Off-white to white pages. Gerber's Photo-Journal Guide to Comics lists this issue as "scarce", and Overstreet notes: "Rarely found in fine to mint condition." Nick Cardy cover and art. Overstreet only lists values for issues of this series in grades up to VF 8.0. Overstreet 2019 FN 6.0 value = $375. CGC census 2/20: 5 in 5.5, 11 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
