Congo Bill #1 (DC, 1954) CGC Apparent GD 2.0 Slight (C-1) Cream to off-white pages. Overstreet and Gerber's Photo-Journal Guide to Comics both list this issue as "scarce". Nick Cardy gorilla cover and art. CGC notes, "Restoration includes: small amount of color touch on cover, small amount of glue on cover." Overstreet 2018 GD 2.0 value = $200.
