Features and strips reprinted in this issue include Mutt and Jeff by Al Smith, Toonerville Folks, Reg'lar Fellers, Skippy, Ben Webster, Wiley of Westpoint, Hop Harrigan by Jon L. Blummer, Scribbly by Sheldon Mayer, Red, White and Blue, Spot Savage by Harry Lampert, Tippie by Edwin Alger, and, beginning in this issue, Ripley's Believe It or Not. This is a fantastic example of early strip reprints, and would make a great addition to anyone's collection. This is the highest grade the CGC has a awarded this issue to date. Overstreet 2002 NM 9.4 value = $1,900.
